Description
A detail of the façade of the Milan Cathedral, Duomo di Milano. It took 582 years to complete the Cathedral, starting in 1386.
It is built in marble and bricks in the Radical Gothic style. It is 108.5m in height and 158.6m in length over 12,000 square meters.
The façade is ornately decorated by beautiful works of art, this photo shows one of my favourite pieces.
Milan, Italy.
